No tee times. No pro-shop small talk. No flight to St Andrews. We build precision golf into the room you already own — engineered by the same launch-monitor technology used on tour, finished the way you’d finish a library.

The Case for Bringing It Home
Your best round shouldn't require a reservation.
Membership solved access. It never solved time. The room we build sits between your wine cellar and your gym — a space you walk into on a Tuesday at 9pm in twenty minutes, hit until the shot feels right, and walk out of before the kids are asleep.
Every build begins with your home, not our catalog. We study the room, the light, the ceiling height, the way sound travels through your house, and we design the simulator to disappear into it — until the only thing that looks unusual is how good your lie is.
“I stopped counting the flights to Scotland. Now I play the Old Course on a Sunday morning and I’m at the table for pancakes.”

The Build, Itemized
Read it like a scorecard.
01
Launch Monitor
Dual radar and camera tracking, tour-grade — the same data your instructor sees on the range, captured in your den.
02
Projection & Screen
4K short-throw projection onto an impact screen engineered for silence at full swing speed — no crack, no rattle.
03
Hitting Surface
Tour-spec turf over a sprung subfloor, tuned so the divot, the bounce, and the strike all feel like grass, not a mat.
04
Course Library
190 courses laser-scanned to the contour of the green, updated quarterly, including three private clubs by arrangement.
05
Acoustic Engineering
Dual radar and camera tracking, tour-grade — the same data your instructor sees on the range, captured in your den.
06
Finish & Millwork
Cabinetry, lighting, and trim matched to your home’s existing woodwork — walnut, white oak, or a finish we source to sample.
From Conversation to First Swing
Five visits. One room, transformed.
01
Private Consultation
A conversation, not a sales call — at your home, on your schedule. We listen for how you actually want to use the room.
02
Site & Swing Study
Our engineers measure ceiling clearance, swing plane, sightlines, and acoustics, and model the room in full before a single tool touches it.
03
Design & Fabrication
Millwork, turf, and finishes are built off-site to match your home’s existing materials, so nothing arrives looking like equipment.
04
Installation & Calibration
Our own crew installs and calibrates every sensor to your swing — most builds close out in three to five days, start to finish.
05
White-Glove Handover
A private lesson in the room itself, plus a direct line to your dedicated technician for as long as you own the system.

It should look like the rest of the house.

In Their Own Rooms
Every build is someone’s Tuesday night.
“My instructor pulls the swing data remotely now. I’ve dropped four strokes without leaving the house.”
Private Client — Palm Beach, FL
“It replaced the screening room nobody used. This one gets used every week.”
Private Client — Aspen, CO
“They matched the cabinetry to the library next door. Guests don’t realize what the room is until the screen drops.”
